Day 297 - Pumpkins at 328 Feet
24/10/11 - For 4 days this week I am working at the top of the Spinnaker Tower making balloons, telling stories and doing magic, this little chap is what I am getting most requests for, I would say that 80% of the balloons I am making are these little pumpkins.
Day 296 - More Pumpkins
23/10/11 - Here is another Pumpkin I have carved to go into a shop for a couple of days.

16/10/11 - The past 2 days I have been working at the top of the Spinnaker Tower entertaining the kids, this is the view I have to put up with while I am working up there 100 meters above sea level. HMS Warrior is in the foreground with HMS Victory further back.

Day 291 - The Brighton Wheel
14/10/11 - I spent a day in Brighton the other day with a friend and spent a while hours wandering around the pier, they are building this wheel on the seafront and I was lucky as they were testing it.

Day 289 - Gold Hill
12/10/11 - The other day I had to go on a marathon trip halfway across the country to do some shows, I had a break in between so stopped off in Shaftsbury to take a photo of this, Gold Hill, famous for appearing in many TV shows and films and also a certain Hovis Advert directed by Ridley Scott.

Day 288 - Portsbridge

Day 287 - Firefly
10/10/11 - I caught this little chap flying through the tunnels in Old Portsmouth the other night (honest I did :oP).
Day 286 - Long Curtain
9/10/11 - It was across this bridge in 1805 (well not this bridge because this is a new one but the original bridge) that Admiral Lord Nelson crossed to board the boat which took him to HMS Victory for the Battle of Trafalgar.

Day 283 - An Apple a Day
6/10/11 - I was going to wait a few days to do this pic but it now seems appropriate, My trusted old Ipod (whos name was Tubby Turtle) died the other day :o( so I had to go and buy a shiny new one, This one is called Toby Turtle.
RIP Steve Jobs - 1955-2011
Day 282 - A Red Arrow
5/10/11 - 'One Friend, One Object', I choose one friend and assign one object to them, the object may not mean anything to anyone else, but to me and hopefully the friend it will mean a lot.
This object represents Philip Wilson, we saw the Red Arrows a few years ago in Weymouth and they are always spectacular to watch, He bought me this little plane for my birthday and it sits on my shelf. Its Phils Birthday today (October 5th) so happy birthday Phil
Day 281 - Micky in the Rain
4/10/11 - 'One Friend, One Object', I choose one friend and assign one object to them, the object may not mean anything to anyone else, but to me and hopefully the friend it will mean a lot.
Jenny Antill loves musicals especially Singing in the Rain, She also likes Disney, so what better object than a Micky Mouse Singing in the rain pin badge. Actually to say Jenny loves musicals is a bit of an understatement, Jenny's life revolves around musicals, she works with them as a stage manager and knows everything there is to know about them, she is a true theatrical genius :D
Day 280 - SuperMatt
3/10/11 - 'One Friend, One Object', I choose one friend and assign one object to them, the object may not mean anything to anyone else, but to me and hopefully the friend it will mean a lot.
This object I have chosen to represent Matty Tasker, whenever I see Matty in my mind he is wearing a superman t-shirt but the reason I chose this object is much more than that, for he IS Superman, He had a few rough years with his health but things are looking good for him as he has just had a lung transplant, from what I hear he is doing very well, before you know it he will be running the London Marathon (please don't Matty as I will get the blame).
Well done mate, keep up the good work.
Day 279 - The Queen Mary
2/10/11 - 'One Friend, One Object', I choose one friend and assign one object to them, the object may not mean anything to anyone else, but to me and hopefully the friend it will mean a lot.
This tie clip was given to me by Kenneth Vard, Ken is what I can only describe as a true gentleman, he has had such an amazing life, born near the Harland and Wolff ship yard in Belfast on the anniversary of the day the Titanic sank, He spent some time living and working in Hollywood mixing with the rich and famous and now he is one of the UKs most knowledgeable Cruise Ship historians. The Queen Mary has to be my favourite ship of all time, for Ken I think he would choose the Normandie.
Day 278 - Incy Wincy
1/10/11 - This little chap was in Nats garden, he seems to move about all over the place and each time we go out there he has built a new web somewhere, he is quite a big spider, probably about the size of a 50p piece (half dollar to you Americans)
Saturday, 1 October 2011
Day 277 - The Sandwich of Life
30/9/11 - 'One Friend, One Object' I choose one friend and assign one object to them, the object may not mean anything to anyone else, but to me and hopefully the friend it will mean a lot.
Yesterday I had the Elixir of Life, today its the Sandwich of life and this sandwich Represents Sean Lobban, This is NOT Seans sandwich, this sandwich belonged to someone like Ned Ryerson from the film Groudhog Day, No, I have not seen Seans Sandwich as he is still making it, I do know it is HUGE tho, It has some big slabs of Australian Beef in there with some nice Scottish Salmon and Irish Chicken, I am not sure what the gunky stuff at the bottom is but I think that came from the United Arab Emerits, It WILL end up being one heck of an amazing Sandwich though. :o)
