27/9/12 - This is a complete 360 degree view from the top of Leith Tower, on the left is the door from the stairs, then as you move towards the right you pass the London skyline. Moving further right you pass a group of trees and then Gatwick Airport, after this on the horizon is the South Downs and eventually you arrive back at the stairs again.

Day 637 - Leith Hill
26/09/12 - Leith Hill is the highest point in Surrey and the highest point in South East England, The Hill stands at a total of 995ft above sea level and the Tower was build for the sole intention of raising the hill above 1000ft. A climb up the 74 steps to the top of the tower gives amazing views in all directions. highestpoints.blogspot.co.uk/

Day 635 - Eighteen To One
24/9/12 - These Beach huts (all numbered from 1-18) were at Dumpton near Broadstairs. Britains most expensive Beach hut was sold earlier this year in Mudeford for £170,000 ($274,822), it has no hot running water or washing facilities and the nearest parking is a 30 min walk away.

23/9/12 - Saw this number on the front of a beach hut near Broadstairs, thought I would have a little play with is and I have probably over processed the photo but hey, I kinda like it.
Day 633 - North Foreland
22/9/12 - I love lighthouses and here is a new one for me, North Foreland just north of Broadstairs. it was the last lighthouse in the UK to be turned automatic.
Day 632 - Broadlift
21/9/12 - I imagine Broadstairs was called Broadstairs for a reason, so, if there are Broad Stairs then this must be the Broad Lift (or elevator for you Americans)

Day 630 - Spinning Around
19/9/12 - I recently went camping in a lovely place about 6 miles from Canterbury, I was practically the only tent in the whole campsite and I managed to get a few shots of the sky.

Day 628 - Hogwarts
17/9/12 - Here is Hogwarts Castle, this was one of the Highlights of the trip to the Harry Potter Studio tour.
When I entered the first room on the tour (The Great hall of Hogwarts) I was amazed to see them put something so fantastic at the very beginning, but with each corner I turned the sights got better and better and finished with this amazing spectacle. No photograph can ever show how amazing this is and its hard to describe, you will just have to go and look at it yourself.
Day 627 - Ollivanders Wand Shop
16/9/12 - There is a room in the Harry Potter Studio Tour full of wand boxes, every single person who worked on the Harry Potter films has their own wand box with their name on it, there are thousands of them.

15/9/12 - I recently visited the Harry Potter Studio Tour in Leavesden, It was AWESOME, there were so many props and costumes from the films, it was really cool.

Day 623 - Blackdown by Night
20/9/12 - Another photo from the top of Blackdown in West Sussex, its pretty much the first time I have tried to and managed to capture the milky way so I am pretty pleased :D

6/9/12 - This is Walbury Hill, the highest point in Berkshire and the highest point in South East England, it is 297 meters high and covered in sheep. It is also the start point of the Test way and the Wayfarers Walk.

Day 615 - Temple Of The Winds
4/9/12 - It was near here in the 1860s that Alfred, Lord Tennyson set up his summer home of Aldworth, He purchased Black Down and built a home over looking these magnificent views. This photo was taken at the mysteriously named Temple of the Winds, it was a favourite location of Tennyson.

2/9/12 - I went for a walk around a National trust woodland yesterday and it so reminded me of my childhood camping trips, The smells of the trees, the sounds too, it was wonderful.

Day 612 - What Better Place For A Read
1/9/12 - So here I am on Black Down, a part of West Sussex owned by National trust, This spectacular view point looks south east over the South Downs towards Brighton, it was the perfect place to stop and relax, eat some lunch and read my book.

31/8/12 - I saw this scene whilst riving along a country road in West Sussex, Someone was burning some rubbish in a garden across the road and the sunlight was shining through it making a lovely scene.

Day 608 - Exbury Gardens
28/8/12 - I was recently asked to take some photos of some friends in Exbury Gardens in the New Forest, they are getting married in the Gardens next year and wanted some shots taken for their invitations. This is the Japanese bridge in the gardens.
